酒精飲品送遞指引
Alcohol Delivery Guideline

「根據香港法律,不得在業務過程中,向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類。」
為確保酒精飲品只送遞予沒有醺醉並年滿 18 歲或以上人士,Uber Driver App 將會提供包括身份證明文件檢查和簽收確認之頁面,以確保餐點提交至合法人士手中。

“Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.”
To make sure that alcohol is only delivered to someone 18 years of age or above, the Uber Driver App will provide prompts including ID check and signature collection to help you to ensure the order is in the right hands.

Step 1:

如程式送遞訂單欄目顯示「驗證身份證明文件」及「要求簽名」,即代表此訂單含有酒精飲品
You’ll know there is alcohol in the order when you see “Verify ID” and “Request Signature” on the Drop off order information

Step 2:

到達顧客地址時點選「驗證身份證明文件」,送遞酒精飲品前請確認顧客已年滿 18 歲或以上。可接受之身份證明文件包括:有效香港身份證或有效護照
Tap “Verify ID” to confirm the customer is 18 years of age or over when you have arrived at the customer’s address.
Acceptable IDs include: valid Hong Kong identity cards and any valid passports.

Step 3:
如確認顧客已年滿 18 歲或以上
If the customer is 18 years of age or over 

點選「要求簽名」並請顧客簽收餐點然後按右下角「儲存」。將餐點送遞給顧客後點按「已送達」完成行程
Tap “Request Signature” and ask the customer to sign for this delivery, press “Save” in bottom right corner, pass the order to the customer and select “Delivered” to complete the trip


如無法以有效身份證明文件確認顧客已年滿 18 歲或以上或對顧客年齡有懷疑時,則不得將酒精物品送遞給顧客
If you cannot verify that the customer is 18 years or over through their ID or you are otherwise concerned that they are underage, you must not pass the alcoholic items to the customer

點按相應選項後按「退回訂單」並將酒精飲品退回至餐廳,然後按「完成退回行程」完成行程。請放心,你將會收到此回程費用
Instead, select the corresponding option and press “Return Order” to return alcoholic item(s) to the restaurant and press “Return Complete” when done. Don’t worry, 卜ou will be paid for the return trip fare.

如你到達送餐地址後未能聯絡顧客
If you have arrived at the drop off location but unable to locate the customer

如果等候 10 分鐘後仍未能聯絡顧客,不要按「行程結束」,請於程式內揀選「未能聯絡顧客」,並請務必跟從指示將酒精飲品退回至餐廳並完成訂單。你將會收到此回程費用
If you cannot reach the customer after waiting for 10 minutes, DO NOT press “Cancel Order”. Instead, please select “Unable to Contact Customer” in the app, you MUST follow the instructions to complete the order by returning alcoholic item(s) to the restaurant. You will be paid for the return trip fare.
