我無法開始/結束行程

有點情況會令你無法拉綠色的「開始行程」或紅色的「結束行程」:

Possible situations causing you to cannot slide the “Start Trip” or “Complete Trip” button:

 

 

1. 在異常短的時間內已嘗試拉「結束行程」,故系統防止你這樣做。請你確保把食物送到食客手上後才拉「結束行程」,同時,因為UberEATS平台有「單接單系統」,你無需先結束行程已可重新開始等單。

You slide the “Complete Trip” way too early, please make sure you deliver the food to eater’s hand first before you slide the “Complete Trip”. Our system also has an “Early order” system, so you will be able to receive the next order during your delivery, without sliding the “Complete Trip” early.

2. 開始行程前未按「領取訂單」/ 結束行程前未按「確認下車」, 閣下只需選擇正確選項即可。

You forgot to press the blue button before sliding the bar.

開始行程前的「領取訂單」步驟:

結束行程前的「確認下車」步驟:

3. 程式突然死機,只需強制關掉再重新開始即可。

The app is not responding, just force quit and re-launch it is ok.

 

 

請注意,你基本上在任何情況都不用選擇最尾的「無法送遞」選項,如錯誤選擇,會被認為從來沒有開始送遞,以致不應收到該程車資。 如無法聯絡食客,請參考: 取消訂單政策

Under most circumstances, you do not need select the “unable to deliver” in the select recipient page. Or else you might be considered as never deliver the order and unable to get the fare of that trip.
