我可以拒絕現金訂單嗎? Can I refuse to accept cash delivery?

在接受每一張現金訂單前,你可以在「Uber 駕駛端」應用程式關閉「接受現金」選項。詳情可以參考「如何開啟現金送餐功能? 」 [連結]。

You can opt out ‘accept cash deliveries’ anytime in the Uber Driver App. You can find the details in “How to opt-in for cash delivery?” [Link].

如果顧客沒有足夠現金支付,該如何處理?What should I do if the customer doesn’t have enough cash to pay for the order?

你應該透過「Uber 駕駛端」應用程式中的「無法收取現金記錄表*」記錄繳付不足。顧客稍後將被要求透過信用卡支付餘額。
You should report the underpayment issue in the Uber Driver app by selecting “Unable to collect cash record form*”. The customer will then be required to settle the payment by credit card afterwards.

如果我沒有準備足夠找續,該如何處理?What if I don’t have enough change for the customer?

送餐夥伴應在開啟「接受現金」前準備足夠的現金找贖,避免沒有足夠找續的情況。
如果你在行程途中發現找贖紙幣不足,請盡量在前往顧客地址前先作找換。
若情況不許可,請立即聯繫 Uber Eats 行程支援團隊,我們將聯絡並建議顧客以信用卡付款。
惟如果顧客堅持以現金付款,你必須先自行找換,再回到顧客地址提供找續。
因此,我們強烈建議你在上線時隨身攜帶足夠的現金找續,以節省時間。
另外,你亦可透過「Uber 駕駛端」應用程式中的「無法收取現金記錄表*」記錄繳付不足。顧客稍後將被要求透過信用卡支付餘額。

Delivery Partner should prepare enough changes before enabling cash payment function to prevent these situations.
If you found that you do not have enough changes while you are on the way, please break the bill before heading to the customer address.
If the situation doesn’t allow you to do so, you should contact On-Trip Support immediately. We will contact and suggest the customer to pay by credit card.
However, if the customer insists to pay in cash, you will have to go break the bill, then return to the customer address and give changes.
Therefore, we strongly recommend you to bring enough changes with you when you go online.

現金訂單有上限金額嗎? Is there a cap amount for cash order?

有。為避免送餐夥伴要帶備大量現金作找贖之用,每單現金訂單之上限為220港元。
Yes, to limit the amount of cash a Deliver Partner carries during delivery, customer will only be allowed to pay in cash on orders including delivery fee below HKD 220.

我需要保存行程中收到的所有現金嗎?Do I have to keep all the cash I collect?

你應該先保留所有的現金。一旦帳戶餘額達到一定金額,系統將會向你發出付款通知,你應按照指示以信用卡結清款項。
You should keep all the cash FIRST. Once the account balance reaches a certain amount, the system will send you a return payment reminder. You should follow the instructions to settle the payment by credit card.

怎樣才知道我需要退還金額給Uber Eats? How do I know if I need to settle my balance with Uber Eats?

你可以在「Uber 駕駛端」應用程式內的「交易活動」中查閱退還金額。詳情可以參考「退還款項方法」 [連結]。
You can keep track of the amount you owe to Uber Eats in the ‘Transaction Activity’ interface in app. You can find the details in ‘Return Payment Method’ [Link].
