【A faster way to receive your next trip】
The Early order system can help you to know where your next order is, so you can do more trips and earn more in shorter time.
What is Early order?
When you are finishing a delivery, you may now receive the next order from a nearby restaurant before sliding the “complete trip” bar. When you receive an early order, you can continue to finish the first delivery, then go to the next restaurant asap to pick up and deliver the second order.
Difference between Batched order and Early order.
For batched order, you need to pick up both orders at the same restaurant and deliver to two drop off locations.
For early order, the only difference between normal order is you get to know your next order before you complete the trip. You will need to finish delivering the first order before you go for the second order at the second restaurant. Basically it’s 2 separate trip.
What’s the base fare of Early order?
The base fare of each early order is as same as the base fare of normal order.
What if I miss an Early order?
If you miss a early order, it may affect your acceptance rate / completion rate. Since each order is a chance to earn more, please try your best to accept every order.
What else can I do to receive my next order earlier?
The Early Order System already connects you to the orders closest to you before you complete the trip. If you slide the “Complete Trip” bar before you hand over the food to the customer, the customer might be confused and complain about this.
How to turn on/ off Early order?
Early order is automatically activated in your Uber Partner app already. If you want to stop receiving batched order/ early order, please select “Stop new requests” in the “Contact menu” after accepting the order.
