Food is not ready when I arrived at the restaurant

當你抵達餐廳的時候,請先告知餐廳你要提取的訂單號碼。
When you arrive at the restaurant, please notify the restaurant that the order number you want to pick up.
如訂單尚未準備好,請等候至少10分鐘。
If the order is not ready yet, please wait at least 10 minutes.

如果訂單於等候10分鐘後仍未準備好,你可選擇取消行程並獲得 HK$18.7 取餐費。
If the food is still not ready after 10 minutes, you can cancel the trip and will receive HK$18.7 pick up fee.

Tips

請毋須通知 Uber Eats 團隊,直接於應用程式內取消此訂單,並選擇「等候時間過長」為取消原因
You DON’T have to inform Uber Eats support. Simply cancel the trip by selecting [Excessive Wait Time] as the cancellation reason

取餐費補貼將列於每星期的帳單上,不會於行程取消後即時在應用程式中顯示
Please note that pick up fee reimbursement will only appear on the next Weekly Payment Statement and will NOT show on the app immediately

若你沒有於餐廳外等待取餐或沒有等待10分鐘或以上,將不會有此補貼
If you cancel the trip within 10 minutes or you did not wait at the restaurant at all, you will NOT be eligible for the pick up fee reimbursement
