將餐點放在門前
Leave Order at the Door

請留意顧客在下單時可選擇附加備註,要求「將餐點放在門前」此項要求。
在送遞每張訂單時,你可以在「送餐備註」得知顧客要求餐點的放置位置 :按下「開始送餐」按鈕後,於顧客姓名下的資訊即為「送餐備註」

Please be informed customers have the option to use delivery notes to inquire “Please leave my order at the door”.
You can see these instructions in the app under ‘customer note’ once you arrive at their location: Note can be found under the name of the eater after pressing “Start to Deliver”

 

程序指引 
Guideline
Step 1:

在取餐後及出發送遞訂單前,請檢查顧客的「送餐備註」內是否有註明「將餐點放在門前」這類指示
Check ‘customer note*’ when you begin your trip

Step 2:

如有,請在出發顧客地址前,必須使用 Uber Driver App 中的 「訊息/致電顧客」功能與食客確認餐點需要放置的確認位置
Upon arrival at the eater address, you MUST contact the customer by texting or calling in the app, confirming the location where the eater would like the order to be left at

Step 3:

到達食客地址時將餐點放置於確認位置,必須再致電或傳送訊息通知顧客後,即可按「完成送遞」
After leaving the order at the agreed location, you MUST notify the customer again, and complete the trip
