If the restaurant staff finds that the order is too large to deliver at once, restaurant staff will have the ability to request more than one delivery partner to pick up the order at the same time.
You don’t have to contact Uber Eats Support from now on, and you will be paid fully for the delivery.
* “Multi Courier Dispatch” function cannot apply to Cash orders
When “2+ delivery partners” is showed in the customer note after you accepted the order, which means restaurant has requested for more than one delivery partner to pick up the order at the same time
Please notify the restaurant staff about the order number and follow restaurant’s instructions to pick up “a part of” the meal
After picking up the meal, start the journey according to the normal procedure
If all items have been taken already:
Please cancel the order with ‘Restaurant requested too many DPs’, don’t worry, you will still get the pick up fee ($18.7)
If you find it is a large order after arrived restaurant:
Please inform restaurant staff to request extra delivery partners to pick up the rest of meals and communicate with restaurant to take part of the order
If you find it is a alcohol large order after arrived restaurant:
Please communicate with restaurant to pick up part of the order, no matter your order contains alcohol liquor or not, please verify customers information as the flow (Click here to learn more)
