Large Order – Multi Courier Dispatch Delivery

如餐廳職員發現該訂單餐點數量太多,而無法由一名送餐夥伴於一趟行程內完成,餐廳可於平板電腦內安排多於一位送餐夥伴一同領取餐點後繼續送遞。
你現已無需再就此情況聯絡 Uber Eats 支援團隊,仍會如常收到完整行程費。

If the restaurant staff finds that the order is too large to deliver at once, restaurant staff will have the ability to request more than one delivery partner to pick up the order at the same time.
You don’t have to contact Uber Eats Support from now on, and you will be paid fully for the delivery.

*多人取餐功能不適用於現金訂單
* “Multi Courier Dispatch” function cannot apply to Cash orders

程序指引 
Guideline
Step 1:

如你在接單後於顧客備註見到「2位或以上的送餐夥伴」,即等於餐廳已安排多於一位送餐夥伴領取同一訂單
When “2+ delivery partners” is showed in the customer note after you accepted the order, which means restaurant has requested for more than one delivery partner to pick up the order at the same time

Step 2:

到達餐廳後,請告知餐廳你所提取的訂單號碼並依照餐廳指示領取「一部分」餐點
Please notify the restaurant staff about the order number and follow restaurant’s instructions to pick up “a part of” the meal

Step 3:

領取餐點後,依照正常程序開始行程
After picking up the meal, start the journey according to the normal procedure

如到達餐廳後發現餐點已被全部領取:
If all items have been taken already:

請於訂單狀態選擇「報告問題」、「餐廳安排了過多送餐夥伴」取消訂單。請放心,你將會如常收到送餐費($18.7)
Please cancel the order with ‘Restaurant requested too many DPs’, don’t worry, you will still get the pick up fee ($18.7)

如到達餐廳後發現該行程屬大單 :
If you find it is a large order after arrived restaurant:

請通知餐廳安排其他送餐夥伴,跟從餐廳指示領取部分餐點,然後開始行程
Please inform restaurant staff to request extra delivery partners to pick up the rest of meals and communicate with restaurant to take part of the order

如到達餐廳後發現該行程屬酒精飲品大單 :
If you find it is a alcohol large order after arrived restaurant:

請跟從餐廳職員指示指示領取部分餐點,無論你所領取之餐點是否包含酒精飲品,請如常依照系統指示驗證顧客文件 (詳情可參閱此連結
