程序指引 
Guideline
Step 1:

不要取消訂單
DO NOT cancel the order

Step 2:

請協助告知餐廳夥伴使用餐廳控制台來通知顧客餐點已售罄,顧客將會於 Uber Eats App 收到通知並可選擇是否仍需要餐點
Please assist to inform restaurant to use restaurant dashboard to notify the customer that they’ve run out of an item, system will send out a message to customer by Uber Eats App, customer can select to keep or cancel the order

Step 3:

如顧客確認餐點 - 按照正常程序送遞餐點
如顧客需要取消餐點 - 顧客將會於 Uber Eats App 取消餐點,你將會收到該行程取餐費
If customer wants to keep the order – Deliver the order as usual
If customer wants to cancel the order – Customer can select to cancel the order by Uber Eats App, you will receive the pick up fee on this order

補貼
Allowance

如果訂單於等候10分鐘後仍未準備好,你可選擇取消行程並獲得 HK$18.7 取餐費。
If the food is still not ready after 10 minutes, you can cancel the trip and will receive HK$18.7 pick up fee.

小貼士
Tips

取餐費補貼將列於每星期的帳單上,不會於行程取消後即時在應用程式中顯示
Please note that pick up fee reimbursement will only appear on the next Weekly Payment Statement and will NOT show on the app immediately

若你沒有於餐廳外等待取餐或沒有等待10分鐘或以上,將不會有此補貼
If you cancel the trip within 10 minutes or you did not wait at the restaurant at all, you will NOT be eligible for the pick up fee reimbursement
