程序指引
 Guideline
Step 1:

請詢問餐廳職員可否重新準備餐點及告知餐廳夥伴致電熱線尋求幫助
Ask the restaurant partner if they are able to remake the order and contact the hotline for assistance

Step 2:

如餐廳重新準備餐點 - 請盡快使用程式內的對話功能通知顧客因重新準備餐點,送餐時間或會延遲
無法重新準備餐點 - 請協助通知餐廳職員致電熱線取消訂單,Uber Eats 團隊將會協助取消訂單並通知顧客,你將會收到該行程取餐費
If restaurant partner is able to remake the order – Please use the in-app messenger to notify customers on perennial delay due to additional preparation time
If restaurant partner refuses to remake the order – Please assist to inform restaurant partner contact hotline to cancel the order, order will be canceled by Uber Eats Support, you will receive the pick up fee on this order
